I have a level of life and business experience that is exceptional. As a military officer I developed key attributes like focusing on details, reliability, and resourcefulness. Following the military, I worked my way up into the executive ranks in the pharmaceutical industry. I have broad experience in sales, training, global marketing, business operations, negotiations and senior-level leadership. My background successfully negotiating healthcare contracts valued in the tens of millions of dollars is a competitive advantage and a proven differentiator in real estate.
My real estate experience prior to licensing was rooted in the investment sector. I purchased my first income-producing property in 1996 and I have bought, remodeled, sold and held numerous investment properties since then. Investing is where I developed the love of real estate that ultimately led to my decision to pursue it as a career.
My goal is to leverage my experience to provide the highest level of service to my clients with a focus on communication, attention to detail, business acumen and expertise to help them achieve their real estate goals – no matter how big or small.
